The music video i have chosen represents intertextuality in many ways.

Check it out first starts off with the 'Video Killed The Radio Star' this is one way it presents us with intertextuality. This is a clever way of attracting a wider audience, by doing this people hear a song they recognise so listen to it and wonder where they have heard this song before. Meanwhile they are promoting their new song without giving away too much about the song they have used.

Nicki Minaj also is shown wearing a costume that many people would relate to Lady Gaga, this shows us she has a bit of an edge to her and isnt the same as everyone else.
